Checks are mailed the day prior to the pay date. Automatic Deposits occur on the morning of pay date.

There are two different payrolls produced per month:
Regular - Payroll for Contract Faculty, Short-Term Non Continuing, Professional Experts, Classified, Management/Confidential, Instructional Assistants, and Students.
- Contract Faculty = paid August through May
- Classified Staff on Work Calendars (161/171; 217; and 238 days) are paid in the months worked each fiscal year
- All other Classified/Mgmt/Confidentials - are paid monthly
- Employees working less than 12 months may opt for Deferred Net Pay (DNP) DNP FAQ's to receive pay in months of non work
- STNC, Professional Expert, Students=hours worked 10th through 9th paid the end of the month ex:9/10-10/9 are paid on 10/31
