Associate Faculty/Overload Pay Calculation

Full-Semester Class (17 weeks) - will be paid in five equal paychecks from September through January for Fall and February through June for Spring.

Short-Term Classes (16 weeks or less) - classes taught between the 21st to the 20th of the month will be paid on the 10th of the following month.

Co-Teaching - Classes will be paid for the actual classes taught between the 21st of the month through the 20th of the month.

PAF Assignments - will be paid on a Certificated Timesheet (yellow).  Pay period is the 21st of the month through the 20th of the month.  Payroll must have an approved PAF in place. Timesheets are due on the 21st of the month.

Substitute Assignments - will be paid for the actual hours worked between the 21st of the month through the 20th of the month.  A completed schedule change form must be submitted through the regular scheduling process.

Associate Faculty PDA - for full semester classes if PDA day falls on a day that the class would normally have met, then pay for that day will be included in the total hours for the semester.  If PDA obligation is not completed, Payroll will adjust pay at the end of the semester based on the information received from Staff Development.
